Company History

Kimball in the early days

Kimball Investment Company was founded in 1977 to develop and market commercial real estate. Over the course of 4 decades, the Kimball team has grown to accomplish numerous land acquisitions, lease buy-outs, land assemblage, condominium conversions and the development and management of hotels, shopping centers, industrial parks, office buildings, residential subdivisions, and apartments.

Today, the Kimball team is focused on pushing forward the company legacy through hyper-local, community-driven real estate development. The Kimball team is proud of the deep community relationships built over the years and has a deep understanding of the needs of the Utahns' they serve. The team strives to advocate for those needs through locally-inspired development projects.
