White Mountain Business District

Project Details:

A 6 building flex-industrial park located along the I-15 corridor in Draper, UT. Building footprints range from 76,000 to 134,000 SF. The newly built warehouses boast 28 foot clear heights and ample loading docks to meet the needs of multiple tenant uses.

White Mountain Business District has attracted some of the region’s top tenants. Many of the tenants have co-located their warehousing and office uses in their spaces at White Mountain. The project location has been ideal for business owners looking to service the SW valley and beyond.


Historic Peery Hotel

Project Details:

The historic Peery Hotel, built in 1910 and restored in 1985 from a dilapidated property to a prestigious 78-room boutique property which has received accolades from the Salt Lake City Arts Council and was voted “Most Miraculous Conversion” by Utah Holiday Magazine. Located at the corner of 300 South and West Temple, originally built in 1941, the hotel was converted into a classic bed-and-breakfast inn by the Kimball team.


Dallas Office Building

Project Details:

14-story, 520,000 office building is located at 1301 Young Street, Dallas, Texas.


The Ridge at Green Haven

Project Details:

191-unit, 25 building apartment community is set on 35 acres in the tree-lined hills just two miles north of Goodlettsville and 16 miles north of downtown Nashville. Amenities including a playground, pool, hot tub, fitness center, and picnic area with grills. The average apartment size is a spacious 789 square feet and most units have wood decks and patios.


Mountain View Commerce Center

Project Details:

A 2 building flex-industrial park located along the 201 corridor in Salt Lake City, Utah. Building footprints are 76,000 SF each. The newly built warehouses boast 28 foot clear heights and ample loading docks to meet the needs of multiple tenant uses.

Mountain View Commerce Center has attracted some of the region’s top tenants. Many of the tenants have co-located their warehousing and office uses in their spaces. The project location has been ideal for access to I-15 via the 201 highway.


Hardy Drive Office / Industrial

Project Details:

A 56,240 square foot office/industrial building sitting on 3.64 acres in Tempe, Arizona - the nationally renowned Silicon Desert. TTEC, a $1.6 billion credit tenant was the anchor tenant.


Medical Manufacturing Facility

Project Details:

Situated on 3.65 acres in West Jordan, UT, the property consists of 49,234 square feet of high-tech manufacturing and office space. The building has been fitted with several upgrades not common to a typical warehouse facility, these include 100% heating and cooling, anti-static raised floors, extensive wiring and fiber optics, insulated walls, and enhanced electrical upgrades.


Amazon Distribution Center

Project Details:

A 201,000 Square Foot distribution center located on Redwood Road in North Salt Lake, Utah.


The Pointe at 53rd

Project Details:

The Kimball team acquired and assembled the land for this Class A Lifestyle Retail Center in Murray, Utah. The Pointe at 53rd is anchored by Best Buy and other tenants include Carl’s Jr, Mimi’s Café, IHOP, Noodles & Company, Barnes & Noble, and Sallie Mae Bank. The Center is comprised of 191,872 square feet of which 54,163 is an office tower which is integrated into the main level retail buildings. The office tower includes an attached three story parking structure.


Holiday Inn Express

Project Details:

The Holiday Inn Express Murray, Utah, is ideally situated immediately off the 5300 South I-15 exit with immediate proximity to Intermountain Medical Center and numerous restaurants.

Built in 2014, the hotel has 114 rooms, and1,200 square feet of meeting space.


The Judge Building

Project Details:

The 80,000 square foot, 8-floor, vintage Judge Building is located on Broadway in the heart of downtown Salt Lake City, Utah. This historic building was built in 1906 by Mary Judge, a business-savvy widow who commissioned the internationally renowned David C. Dart as chief architect. Mary Judge was married to John Judge, a partner with Thomas Kearns and David Keith in developing the famous Silver King Mine in Park City. Originally known as the Railroad Exchange Building, by 1909 twenty- two railroad companies had their Salt Lake offices here. The building features a copper cornice, colorful ceramic tile triangles, and swags of carved stone fruit above the seventh-story windows.


And Justice For All

Project Details:

This 19,000 square foot adaptive reuse project just outside of downtown Salt Lake City, Utah transformed a dilapidated warehouse building into a class A office building for And Justice For All, an organization focused on providing free and low cost legal services to Utah’s most vulnerable citizens. Kimball Investment Company was nominated for, and won, Preservation Utah’s statewide award for “Best Adaptive Reuse Project” in 2023.
